FDIC Makes Public September Enforcement Actions

No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for November 2019

Washington, DC (STL.News) The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in September.  There are no administrative hearings scheduled for November 2019.

The FDIC issued 24 orders in September 2019, consisting of 22 stipulated orders, and 2 adjudicated decisions and orders by the FDIC board.  The FDIC also issued one Notice of Charges & Hearing.  The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one consent order; five removal and prohibition orders; six assessments of civil money penalty; three voluntary terminations of deposit insurance; six section 19 orders; and three terminations of orders of restitution.
