The learning management system (LMS) is custom designed for NATIC agents, offering intuitive navigation and an enhanced learning experience within NATIC’s AgentLink portal environment. It was developed with first-in-class technology, presenting easy-to-use, unique features for each user.

NATIC University features:
On-demand education at the user’s fingertips;
Six courses from NATIC’s Rainmaker’s Laboratory training;
Easy-to-access instructional videos to view at the user’s convenience; and
Tips from NATIC University’s virtual assistant, “Professor Ed Ucation,” to guide users through the courses.
Rainmaker’s Laboratory is a sales and marketing-based training series comprised of six courses divided into mini video modules. The courses are taught by Rich Griffin, vice president, national sales manager, and each one comes with a textbook.
