John Griffin to Settle with SEC – $150,469

The US Securities and Exchange Commission charged John Griffin and three other individuals of promoting a fraudulent oil and gas offering – settlement reached with John Griffin pending court approval.

Washington, DC (STL.News) The US Securities and Exchange Commission settled with John Griffin: Griffin to pay $150,469.84 in disgorgement plus prejudgment interest and a $50,000 civil penalty, pending court approval, without admitting or denying the allegations.

Other individuals party to the charges are; Timothy Burroughs, Jay Holstine, and Michael Oswald Williams.
