US rolls out migration plan on final day of Americas summit

Twenty countries at the Summit of the Americas have announced what they are calling “The Los Angeles Declaration” on migration.

It incentivizes nations in the Western Hemisphere to take in more migrants.

But, with some regional leaders uninvited or boycotting the event, it is unclear how effective those measures will be.
