Editorial Notes: Shockingly, the world continues to sit on the sidelines, having meetings and debates about the best course of action.  Weak, scared, and corrupt people are at the helm and are either too afraid, too soft, or too corrupt to protect the idea of democracy and save innocent women and children.  Negotiations with Russia and sanctions will not prevent death.  Putin anticipated death and sanctions.
