US wins Julian Assange extradition appeal in a British court
(STL.News) The legal team for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange says they will try to appeal his latest setback, at the Supreme Court.
Assange lost a bid to stop extradition proceedings to the United States, where he would face charges for leaking military secrets.
The High Court in London overturned an earlier ruling that Assange would be a suicide risk if he lost sanctuary in Britain.
