We are not law enforcement, but when we get news tips, we will follow up and attempt to resolve the differences on behalf of the consumer. Suppose a resolution is not provided, and we determine that the consumer has been dishonored or cheated. In that case, we will publish a notice that will remain on our website until the company (or companies) correct their business methods. We are not acting in a God-like capacity, but consumers need protection, and we will work aggressively to protect them.
Beginning in July 2025, we will dedicate time to “Investigative Reports.” Our mission is to protect consumers and small business owners from being cheated by “Professionals,” such as CPAs and Bookkeepers, specifically due to what we have witnessed in recent months, which we will explain in our first two reports scheduled to be published early July 2025.
