Government lists Do’s & Don’ts for Indians in Kharkiv – ‘Avoid leaving the bunker, learn sentences in Russian.’
As the fighting escalates in Ukraine’s Kharkiv city, the Indian govt has issued a detailed advisory for Indian nationals and students stuck in Ukraine’s second-largest city. The advisory mentions the details on how to survive the looming conflict. The guidelines issued by the ministry reflect the worsening ground situation in Kharkiv. Indians have been asked to keep kits of essentials, including life-saving drugs. Indians have also been asked to carry a white flag and learn a few sentences in Russian to communicate in case of crisis.
