The tag “Overseas Financial Markets” will be used for articles that relate directly to financial markets overseas.

This will include Europe, Germany, China, the UK, or any other country with significant financial markets to which the action is considered relevant to U.S. traders.  U.S. traders have used overseas financial markets for years to help determine how U.S. stocks will react when they open.  However, it has been announced that the U.S. financial markets are moving toward 24/5 trading, which will change everything.
