SEC settles charges with Michael Oswald Williams without admitting or denying allegations.

Washington, DC (STL.News) The US Securities and Exchange Commission had charged Michael Oswald Williams and four other individuals with promoting a fraudulent oil and gas offering.  The SEC settled with Williams: Williams to pay $284,860.76 in disgorgement plus prejudgment interest and a $50,000 civil penalty without admitting or denying the allegations.

Other individuals included in the charges are; Timothy Burroughs, John Griffin, and Jay Holstine.
