Highest Price Residential Listing in Florida Panhandle Hits the Market with Engel & Völkers

Engel & Völkers today announced real estate advisors Mike Matz and Brian Beasley of Engel & Völkers 30a Beaches have entered into a co-listing agreement with Rachel Lefebure and Tom Hidell of Davis Properties of Northwest Florida, Inc. to represent 200 Eastern Lake Rd., Seagrove Beach. At $15.75 million, the record-breaking listing price supersedes that of the previous record holder by $1.25 million.
