Consumer Alert

We sometimes issue “consumer alerts” when we discover facts that an individual or business is taking advantage of any consumer for self-benefit. We intend to protect the “consumer.” We use this type of content with significant caution and do our due diligence before publishing the alert to avoid damaging innocent businesses. We take such action to protect, not to hurt, and it will be used only after we have been presented with the facts.

Before publishing the alert, we will contact the business to verify the information and present them with the opportunity to respectfully and lawfully resolve the issue. We will NEVER issue an alert about a business without the facts and making the attempt to resolve.
