Talayna’s Italian Restaurant is located at 68 Four Seasons Shopping Center, Chesterfield, MO. They have been in business for more than 50 years, owned and managed for the past 36 years by Mehdi and Susan Rouhani.
To be held March 24, 2016 starting at 7 pm. Talayna’s Italian Restaurant and Chef Marc Felix, back from France is hosting a Wine Dinner with a special menu, which includes:

Pissaladiere with organic baby greens
Caramelized onions, roasted garlic, anchovies, herbs de Provence, cold pressed olive oil and kalamata
olives on Talayna’s pizza dough served with assorted young salad and fresh herbs
Paired with St. Hilaire Brut, Limoux, France
♦Second Course ♦
Seafood Bouillabaisse – Monkfish, lobster, mussels, shrimps, scallops, clams, calamari served in a rich
saffron- tomato broth, basil, onions, fingerling potatoes served with a garlic aioli
Paired with Renegade Wine Company Rosé, Columbia Valley, Washington
♦Third Course ♦
Bombay curried Colorado Lamb served with rice pilaf and braised baby carrots. Lamb cooked slowly
(6 hours) with a organic yellow curry spice blend, Apple, tomato, onion, Banana, Jalapeño served with
flavorful rice and braised baby carrots.
Paired with Domaine Cabirau Cotes du Rousillon
Framboisier and warm Gianduja chocolate sauce – Fresh raspberries, Tahitian vanilla creme patissierre,
Grand Marnier sponge cake. Toasted almonds served with a warm hazelnut chocolate sauce.
Paired with Castillo Perelada Brut Rosado Cava
Coffee or tea served with Mignardises
