CHESTERFIELD, MO: (STLRestaurant.News) – The long awaited opening of StackHouse Pub & Grill has arrived.  They will open Thursday, July 7th, 2016 at 11 am.

Located what was previously known as Miller’s Crossing is what appears to be a serious operation with qualified BBQ chefs, new owner with a new attitude, clean and upgraded atmosphere and more.

They have replaced carpet, cleaned and hired new staff, one of which is a previous key employee at an award-winning BBQ competitor and restaurant that recently closed due to a death in the family.  Nonetheless, from what we saw they appear to be very serious allocating a significant amount of time, effort and capital preparing the place for its grand opening.

StackHouse Weekly Specials are:

  • Saturday SpecialsBrown Sugar Baked Prime Rib – horseradish cream, roasted tomato spread, Au Jus, roasted potatoes and seasoned vegetable for King Size: $22 – Regular Size: $18 – Petite: $15
