Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers – High Quality Chicken Fingers
ST. LOUIS, MO: (STLRestaurant.News) – It’s time to “Raise the Bar” once again…this time in Maplewood. Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, the Louisiana-based chain, recently celebrated a grand opening for its eighth area location, at 15698 Manchester Road, near Blue Bird Park in Ellisville. Founded by Todd Graves in 1996 and named for his yellow Labrador, the popular fast-food restaurant chain offers chicken fingers as its only main course. Their concept is simple and unique… they only have “ONE LOVE – quality chicken finger meals!” That’s how they’re able to serve up an exceptionally high quality product quickly and conveniently. The chain also offers a limited menu. They say their commitment to this concept will not allow them to ever compromise their quality or cut corners! They’re also known for their super friendly staff and delicious lemonade. The restaurant, which had total revenue in 2007 of $97.3 million, is currently seeking zoning variances to build a location at the southwest corner of Big Bend and Manchester roads. The site is the former Shaeffer Shell gas station, which closed in March. The restaurant is waiting for final approval from the Maplewood City Council, which is set to hold a public hearing on June 8th.
