Missouri Senate Passes Bill 1246 to Combat Human Trafficking

JEFFERSON CITY, MO (STL.News) The Missouri Senate passed House Bill 1246 with overwhelming approval.  The legislation would require certain businesses to publicize resources for victims of human trafficking.  The bill has been sent to the governor for his consideration.
