Misc. Information: crash occurred as #1 was westbound, and #2 was stopped in traffic on Cold Spring Avenue. #2 failed to yield and was struck in the side by #1. Both vehicles began skidding, and #2 traveled off the left side of the roadway and came to final rest on the driver’s side. #1 came to rest on the shoulder. Assisted by MSGT BN Comer #263, TPR DA Paulsen #1197 and TPR JW Miller #1309.
