ST. LOUIS, MO: (STLRestaurant.News) – while not a restaurant, Dogtown Pizza has become a household name in the St. Louis, MO region as it is available in many retail establishments around town.  They are a locally owned frozen pizza company celebrating 10 years of business and has recently announced that they have added a new flash freezer streamlining their pizza making process without changing their traditional process.

After eight (8) months of planning, four (4) days of installation and a full single day of testing the project was complete enhancing their freshness by preserving the flavor that they are know for.  This will help to lock in the flavor of the pizzas almost immediately.

Previously, their old unit would take up to 15-45 minutes to freeze a pizza while now the improved unit will freeze a pizza in two minutes allowing for more pizzas to be made in a day increasing their output.  The freezer takes up approximately 200 square feet giving them more room for growth.  Another St. Louis success story.
