Restaurant at The Cheshire Inn is now open

ST LOUIS, MO (STLRestaurant.News) – Chef Rex Hale has opened Boundary, located on the boundary of St. Louis City and St. Louis County at the Cheshire on Clayton Road.  The Cheshire Inn is a historic landmark that replicates a traditional British inn.

They describe it as offering Modern Rustic Fare, Craft Cocktails, Raw Bar and Small Plates.  The Boundary’s food is a modern interpretation of comforting classics.  The menu offers shared items, raw bar bites, hearty vegetable sides and family style mains.  Their beverage program offers 8 signature cocktails and an extensive selection of “brown” based spirits.  Their wine list features classic grape varieties from around the world.
