3 Chinese nationals arrested over visa fraud – Fugitive researcher hiding in consulate

(STL.News) The US has arrested 3 Chinese nationals and have charged them over visa fraud for allegedly lying about their affiliations with the Chinese army.  A fourth research association has been declared fugitive by the FBI which is investigating the market.
