The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP®) announced today that world-renowned success coaches Mike Ferry and his son, Tom Ferry, will take the stage together at NAHREP’s event—The Real Deal with Mike and Tom Ferry—on July 25-26 in Costa Mesa, California. The two icons have not shared a stage in a coaching capacity since Tom Ferry left the Mike Ferry Organization® in 2005 to start his own rival company.
“Mike and Tom Ferry are the gold standard in success training and coaching,” said Gary Acosta, Co-Founder & CEO of NAHREP. “We are honored that they will be joining us in Costa Mesa for this one-of-a-kind event.”
The one-time event will attract more than 1500 attendees and was created to provide the real estate community with two days of world-class training for the rapidly changing market. The event will feature panels and workshops that will address timely topics such as investing in real estate, social media, and implementing top-of-the-line technologies.

Hispanics represent more than 50% of household growth in America and are the only demographic to have four consecutive years of homeownership growth. In 2018, Hispanics had a net gain of 362,000 new homeowners, the largest gain since 2005.

The Real Deal with Mike and Tom Ferry will take place July 25-26 in Costa Mesa. A limited number of tickets for the event are available here. Ticket prices are $20 for general admission and $299 for the VIP experience.
