ST. LOUIS, MO/March 11, 2017 (STL.News) There are always a lot of events going on in the St. Louis metro and surrounding areas.  Below is a list that might be helpful to you when deciding what to do with your personal time.

Saturday, March 11, 2017

  • Drew Lynch – from America’s Got Talent, at the Helium Comedy Club.
  • Stout & Oyster Festival at the Schlafly Tap Room – They will be serving 70,000 oysters and 15 Schlafly Stout styles with live music and best of all, it is open to the public and free.
  • St. Patrick’s Day Events – this year it will last for two weekends, if you survive the first weekend.  
  • St. Patrick’s Day Bar Crawl – drink downtown starting at noon till 6 pm.  $20 tickets gets you two $5 gift cards for food or drink, drink specials, shot glass and more.  
  • St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Run featuring more than 130 floats, bands, marching units, balloon mascots and 5,000 marchers.  Beginning at 9 am and noon.  Free admission for spectators.  South Broadway and Market Street, St. Louis, MO.

  • The Gateway Men’s Chorus – As ambassadors of the LGBTQ+ community, these gents are a St. Louis treasure.  They have been performing to the delight of thousands throughout the region.  It is a free event and will be held at the United Methodist Church, 129 Woods Mill Road, Manchester, MO 63011.
